should I feed the creek chubs cichlid pellets more often? I feed them that occasionally. They love it. The only reason i feed them bloodworms is my warmouth and black crappie only eat bloodworms and earthworms so far.

There's not a lot of nutritional value with bloodworms, so you should get all your natives onto pellets. I didn't feed my bluegill for 2 weeks and then finally got it to take Hikari Carnivore pellets. Now I feed it HC pellets...... with worms and bugs as a treat here and there.
a bass will eat anything its size but if the bass grows up with the chub he will not really bother him
Yes because bass in the wild grow up with chub shad bluegill and trout but they still eat all of them eventually
