Looking For a "Conversation Starter" Type Fish for My 125 Gallon - Suggestions?

Id go w/ a group of bichirs, get a few palmas polli theyre very active. Im biased though lol, how about a porcupine puffer or green wolf fish? Both i hear are very personable

That Gulper video was absolutely crazy. The whole time I was thinking the Gulper was gonna go for the smaller cichlid. When it hit the larger one I was blown away. I want one so bad now.

Well guys I made an impulse buy today. I went to a local fish store that I haven't been to before and it turned out they had all kinds of exotic freshwater fish. They had two small Fahaka puffers for sale and given everyone's suggestion here, I bought one. Here is a picture of the little guy. My daughter named him Marty. We'll see how it goes.

Now I just have to figure out how often to feed him and what type of food to feed him. Any suggestions?

Pretty sure that'll outgrow a 125. A friend of mine has one in a 200+ gallon and it still looks pretty big haha.

its my understanding they quite aggressive to boot.
 
Ya, maybe but I get bored quickly so once he out grows the tank, I'll sell him and move on to a different fish...or sell the tank. I'm not a hard core fish keeper like most of you guys in here. I enjoy it, but it gets boring and I hate the maintenance. Luckily, I have it down to a science so my tanks are always really healthy and my fish do very well - without it consuming all my time. We'll see how it goes....
