I think what will matter most is their age and prior record. Does it say how old the kids are? If they are young with no priors, it could go relatively easy. If the people want to make an example out of him, they could. I don't care about jail time for these guys, but would love to see them catch a felony for this.
thanks for bringing us back to reality ...whatever WORKS to break these guys is cool in my book.. I DON'T want to hear about them in a segment of some reality show 10 yrs from now ,about how their killing spree could have been fortold by the fish killings at WAL-MART
Not necessarily. Consciousness and awareness make us best suited to our lifestyle. We evolved to have such traits to aid in how we live, just as birds can fly and fish can breathe underwater. It doesnt put anybody ahead or behind in the grand scheme of things... just in each specific niche.

After such a beginning, I find it difficult sorting out which points you are making within sentences connected by several series of periods, and no paragraph separations &/or illustration. (mind you, I'm not "picking on" how you type in general when done with calm beginnings.)
MY "general" drift/point in this was simply, This is not how judicial penalties are supposed to be measured out. Like "OMG, a couple jerk vandals dumped a chem kill in retail fish tank, so punish them as being 2 sociopaths who are likely to kill people someday".
I was just saying that this act (as recorded) is a generally poor example for escalating psychopaths. it seems like they had no interest in watching, but just in doing damage and getting the hell away.
The only reason I mentioned child abuse is to get real about judicial comparison: some of the suggestions on sentencing these guys are NOT even given for repeated and long term child molestations and cruelty to babies.

it's hard for a certain % Of the people to comprehend how they (being "created")..possibly aren't superior..your arguing against a mythology..it can't be won against a certain crowd.. they already got it worked out

sometimes it's not what you say, so much as the condescending and belittling attitude behind every sentence.
it gets old, and people react to that. don't expect anything to change if you don't.
it IS SIMPLE REALLY .....go back and look at others posts prior to mine ..some were preaching humans above all else .period..I gave an example to the practicality of the opposite...some animals in certain circumstances ARE more valuable than certain humans(horse thieves) .. you AGREE With my thought .. you are just now becoming aware of it.. my thoughts on the punishments for these idiots,WHATEVER WORKS to dissuade them from doing harm in the future... I will agree ,if you so like , that child mollesters and abusers should spend a long time in general population of max security prisons to "think"about their future
no I don't have it worked out...I don't KNOW how it's all going to shake out.....but I DO know a certain part of the population,thinks they got it all figured out.. and this is all based on a myth ,just like the greeks , romans , aztecs, and egyptians before them...I'LL stick to the theory of we shall see
I like the way it's just fine to insult "certain" whole groups of people for Who they are, and What they fundamentally value, it's ok to insult and call people out in an argument which is against the rules for them to reply to.
