NEW YORK -- The NBA, Shelly Sterling and the Sterling Family Trust today resolved their dispute over the ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers. Under the agreement, the Clippers will be sold to Steve Ballmer, pending approval by the NBA Board of Governors, and the NBA will withdraw its pending charge to terminate the Sterlings' ownership of the team.
Because of the binding agreement to sell the team, the NBA termination hearing that had been scheduled for June 3 in New York City has now been cancelled. Mrs. Sterling and the Trust also agreed not to sue the NBA and to indemnify the NBA against lawsuits from others, including from Donald Sterling.
not sure that STERLING knows what he(sterling) is saying either.... this guy is in the middle of a large meltdown, imo,he is the only one who isn't getting the gist of the fact ...IT'S OVER....not sure what you are saying, the suit is against the NBA, not the sale of the team as I understand it.
he has physical/organic brain tissue disease. different from just "a large meltdown" alone.

*Bingo-legally & technically. HOWEVER, the new sole trustee only shows interest in settling the public debacle & moving on...............................Lastly, this development regarding his diminishing mental capabilities, somewhat lets him off the hook regarding his comments, right??

The NBA legal counsel knows very well that a stubborn fight about anything is a bad idea for everyone.
I would like to see Anderson Cooper acknowledge the medical findings now. I lost any respect for his professional ethics.
