If there's one thing I've learned how to do, it's spot a nut case.
So would my best reply to your post be:
1: "I told you-all so" OR
2: "It takes one, to know one"
?
LOL
If only I had some bets going on this pony race.

LOL, not OR...AND :D

It is getting goofy, between this and Kasey kason thing going, some great court battles happening.

NBA, Sterling family trust announce settlement
Official release
Posted May 30, 2014 6:53 PM

NEW YORK -- The NBA, Shelly Sterling and the Sterling Family Trust today resolved their dispute over the ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers. Under the agreement, the Clippers will be sold to Steve Ballmer, pending approval by the NBA Board of Governors, and the NBA will withdraw its pending charge to terminate the Sterlings' ownership of the team.
Because of the binding agreement to sell the team, the NBA termination hearing that had been scheduled for June 3 in New York City has now been cancelled. Mrs. Sterling and the Trust also agreed not to sue the NBA and to indemnify the NBA against lawsuits from others, including from Donald Sterling.

If true, RKMblade def loses....yet again. he was soooo insisted that the team would remain in the family.

I'm waiting for an official statement from the NBA though

I copied that statement off the NBA official site.
according to that, DS's wife isn't fighting anything, she is cooperating with the NBA & they would prefer to work with her than battle about power.

the sale will go through, more interesting is his suit for 1 billion dollars on the NBA
