DS being found mentally incapacitated by neurosurgeons, confirmed by DSs lawyer. It's a family trust that actually owned the Clippers. There's a stipulation in that contract about having to be mentally fit to make controlling decisions which puts the ball back
into Shellys court. DS's attorney also said DS is not interested in fighting her.

Lol, last i read Donald's lawyer denied the report. Sounds like new warfare starting between Donald and Shelly to me. it's all amusing. You got Donald fighting his banning and the force sale. You got Shelly taking bids and signing an agreement while backstabbing her husband. You got the NBA still planning on terminating the ownership on Tuesday and still need to sign off on accepting balmer into their private entity. Though he's already been screened and essentially approved from when he almost bought the kings. They'd still need league approval for him to come in
