Crystal clear tank water

drift may leach tannin's but should not make the water look dirty, just look like a black water tank for awhile. Water still clear.

Depending on what you define by adequate filtration. You can have a lot of filtration, and the water is still unclear. You need to have adequate mechanical filtration to remove suspended matters, and regular water change to remove the yellow tint in the water.
 
this is why you should have a HoB and a canister filter or sump. HoB all about the mech filtration, looking for 10x GPH for water volume, canister looking at 4 to 5 GPH as the bio filter.

I have 2 canister filters for mech and one for bio,

2 Eheim 2217
1 fluval fx6

Is this good enough for 190 tank with angels and a 40-50 smaller fish (tetras, otos and Cory's)

why yes, yes it is, i would still run a AC110 tho. best HoB out there and can get for 79 bucks on amazon.

My light fixture and the gap between the tank and wall is not big enough.

HoB filters are they like internal filters only with the filter media on the outside of the tank?
