NOX ICH help

I agree about copper sulfate as a great treatment.
When I was a kid first keeping fish in the 1950s, and pennies were still made of copper, one of the common treatments was to throw some pennies in the tank, and if I can remember that far back, it actually worked. It won't now, because pennies are no longer copper.
you can still get them though. I got tons of them, I think its anything before 82, dont quote me though.

hi guys, the ich is still showing on the fish, Ive been doing about 90 drops 3 days on then 3 days off in my tank with temp around 81. Its a 125 gallon. 25 percent water changes almost every day. Do I need to just keep it up till its gone?

I would personally use no meds, crank tank to 87 or 88, leave it there for 2 weeks after you no longer see on fish. ussuly 3 weeks. I try avoid meds they hard on the fish, and ICK an easy cure.

Not all meds are hard on a fish, and not all forms of ich are easy to cure.

no argument, but that be my first choice, delt with it in wife's alphabet soup tank, few times, and always did the trick.

was her 75g, 35 fish, cards, tetras, betas, blue goramie , bla bla bla,.she dump fish in all the time so ICK brought in all the time. that tank is now a Jag grow out/nursery tank.

and no they did not die, she got tired of them so sold to the LFS. bleached the tank out. and put to a do dif purpose and the WC jags breed allot worse than rabbits.
