Odoe pike with wolf fish? Help

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Sometimes 100, sometimes less, they'd only last about a week after I fattened them up cause he'd eat about 10 a day. You can do the 29 if you want I was just suggesting something that'd be quick to work out.
Alright cool thanks.

So I had the pike and 2 gars with the wolf fish and the wolf just ate one of the gars. I don't want the pike to be next. I think I need to get rid of one. Does anyone have any thoughts or opinions on which I could get rid or easier or if one would be better to keep over the other. Any opinions welcome.
Thanks

Could get some dithers in there and keep the wolf well fed. This may help till the gars beef up or get a divider.

Yeah I have some silver dollars and some giant danios. Previously the wolf has eating worms and rosey reds. I was surprised he took such a big leap in what it wanted to eat.

I'm a little bit late to the party, but you should ask HarleyK on his experience with mixing black wolf and odoe pike. He had a thread. You should look it up. Mixing elongate fish with wolf fish won't be pretty

Keep him well fed is the only way to deter that ime. I had to make sure my black was always full, if not he'd try a tank mate. And would succeed here and there.

Prince Charming know a way to convince me to relocate the loach from his packimage.jpeg image.jpeg

That's a big blue botia, how big is the wolf and loach he ate for comparison?

Wolf is about 10". Judging from the tail size, loach is 6"-8"
