Apple vs The FBI

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
seems allot of folks are confusing national security, with personnel security and rights. I feel we need to protect national security if any hope of protecting personnel security.

these folks blow folks up, they walk in with intent to commit mass dmg, it does not matter if its a school teacher, a doctor, your son, daughter, mother, father or anything else. any thing to find these animals good with me.

If you don't know your rights you don't have them.

Let's all pause and think like Supreme Court justices and form opinions based on how each of us interpret the constitution and the laws that come into effect here. Once you have formulated the opinion I'm curious to see who you still think is right.

Fight for the Future,a privacy advocacy group plans to hold a few rallys at some of the Apple stores in this city later today.

gates says apple should open it up, preferably giving to apple, let them open it and turn the info over to the FBI,

kid i have a pretty good grasp on my rights, in this case its a 4th amendment right being challenged.

now here is the part i am not getting, the Phone was not his but belongs to the company he worked for, same as mine, all the data on my company phone, tablet and pc are intellectual property of the company I work for. There are other issues but surprised this one not brought up. I forget the pass word to my phone my MIT can reset that for me.

my phone is the apple 6s

Here's the thing. They probably already have the key. The FBI and NSA attends every major hacking conference to see the latest trends and most importantly recruit. They make young talent offers they can't refuse and offer them amnesty for previous and ongoing hacking crimes. I suspect they want to publicly and legally obtain the key to prevent another ****storm like the Snowden leaks where it was revealed they were operating outside of legality.

oh its def a international thing, I am sure you know this matter effects allot for apple, make a key they say they do not have, or end up having one, this will effect there over sea,s commerce immensely.

That aside i still think they should open it.
