Vatf is looking good. Spat with the tats at all?

Vatf is a pussy and so are the tats lol.....vatf keeps to himself....the tats chase each other around.......the funny thing is when i throw in food majority of the time the 12 sds get first dibs the tats and vatf usually wait their turn lol. The 3 smallest sds are prob 2.5, 2.5, and 3 inches too lol

Beautiful and well fed fishes. :)

Always wanted a juru but they are harder to come by than tigs here actually.

Anyone know if the sizes of the viewing window on these for the 96" tanks? I always thought they were a bit ugly (no offense!) but now that you mention boxing one in with drywall I'm looking at them totally differently. A DIY 3d background and a through wall display make this a really interesting option for me all of a sudden. I'm buying a new house in 2 years or so and I've been dreaming of a through wall display with a utility room next to a basement kind of design.

Also how is the glass on the front panel? Thick? Viewing quality? Sorry for the thread derail just interested in your feedback seeing as you actually have one.

Thanks guys

If you have the $ i would buy an acrylic tank......the fiberglass tanks are resonable with viewing window but do cut off a decent amount depending on what size u get since they all have diff window sizes

With a 400 gal acrylic tank costing at least 3x a much it's prob not going to end up being an option. I was previously considering building a plywood tank when I buy the house for the stated purpose of a through wall display. My wheels are starting to turn on buying a pentair soon and just keeping it in my current basement until I move then doing it through wall. I understand it wont be as clear or beautiful as a fully acrylic or glass tank but If the viewing area of a 96" tank is like 72" that's probably as much as I would have been able to afford with an acrylic or glass tank anyway.

Your best bet is to call pentair and ask them all you questions.....i also have another thread on my 600 gallon pentair tank.....look through that.....that should answer most of your questions
