That's a bummer man :( How tall and heavy are you if you don't mind me asking?
naw you good lol, I'm 5'11" and at roughly 210 right now I think. Last time I weighed in that's were I was, I'm going to have to shoot for around 190 once I get into a cut and some gym time.

haha ya man, once I discovered macro nutrients and the gym...I blew up from like 160 lol.
How are you keeping track of your macros? I'm dropping weight but my overall power is getting much better. I started lifting in May and maxed out my front squat at 135 but when I maxed out yesterday I hit 245. I think If I started eating right and keeping track of what I eat I should be able to get a lot more power and more efficiently.

the myfitnesspal app. Greatest invention ever. The barcode scanner is perfect for lazy people lol.

You front squat 245? holy shizz. That's pretty good, also considering in 5 months you added 110 pounds to your overall max.

my best max ever was on leg press...800 pounds. Trying to out lift a brock lesner lookin' dude at the gym...I didn't win.

Roughly that. I started with the high school football program that was written by the university of Iowa strength director and then added in crossfit to that and I kept swimming 2.5 hours a day and then boom I made gains.
