Hendre Hendre , eating like a horse combined with a weight routine (thank god Jeff is into weight lifting and has a bench, more bars and discs than you can poke a stick at, barbells coming out the ath etc because gyms are expensive) five days a week, cardio everyday (only light cardio the days I'm lifting), plus a big 5-7 day rest every few weeks to let my body catch up with itself. Its working, I weight 43kgs so it's doing something.

I eat huge meals, we make everything from scratch and put spinach and mushrooms in EVERYTHING, eggs daily (love eggs :D), fruit smoothies, lots of meat (not fatty meat, nice quality cuts, and lots of chicken) and LOTS of fluids. Mostly water but I drink a fair bit of juice too because juice is tasty - any juice, its all yum.

I might take some photos of myself and what I look like now, and then take some when I reach 55-60kgs so I've got a comparison..

weight lifters die young, work with what you got on a good diet, bulking is a mistake IMHO.
just my 2 cents :)

Eh,are Arnold Swartzenegger and Lou Ferigno ghosts?

point taken, but that is not the norm as a whole.

I posted that half jokingly but I have not heard of them dropping dead at early ages, heck I have seen photos and articles of lifters in their late sixties and early seventies that looked better than a lot of college aged people.

U want to live a long time?eat less junk and carbs, and do real world exercises like hike, swim. Also don't eat much fish or acidic foods like citrus, and eat low fat meats and vegetables(and avoid salty stuff)
