looks like youre on the right track with a squat at 245 already. I can't front squat, my joints in my arms want me dead afterwards.
My dad said he'd give me a fairly large sum of cash if I can out lift his senior year number from bench and deadlift. I probably won't hit a 315 bench by June but I'm going to give it a go.

what are your numbers for bench and DL?

well your deadlift is where the 1000 pd mark gets broken, get on it son. I don't forsee you breaking the 400 marks in bench or squat haha, not in that time anyhow.

Probably not. I did a 5x8 deadlift set at 130k this morning so I might be able to get to the 1000 pound mark.
 
more proteins = canned tuna, tuna steaks, swordfish, any fish but the darker the better, lots of baked or broiled chicken, steaks and lean red meat, lean ground turkey instead of ground beef, lots of peanut butter, peanuts, cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, nuts of any kind, seafood of any kind
