Watch Him Grow: My male Green Terror named Kai

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Beautiful pair man i just joined and can't upload a picture yet till i make a few posts but i will show you my boy keyko when i can post up.

Awesome!

He looks really good. I am eager for mine to put in size but I know it's a slow process. I figure I can make it a fun time by documenting their development.

I am not sure what temp is best to maintain the tank at for optimal growth and activity.

Going to try and get into feeding some live foods to bring out better color and more exciting for my fish. Not feeder fish though.

I keep temp at around 26 C i find that to be best, I have only fed him NorthFin and Krill Pro, plus treats. I never really tried live foods, I do feed fresh Tilapia soaked in nourish every week as a treat and he goes nuts for it.

So I know it hasn't been a month and this is not the update but I was practicing taking some photos of my fish with a camera vs my cell phone pics and though I would share some of the better ones.

Camera is a Olympus tg4 and I was using a tripod. Adjusting room and tank lights to help and cleaned the front glass a bit.

what is that plant with the long skinny leaves? Great looking tank & fish by the way. Is that pool filter (quartz) sand?
