what type of possum do you guys have there? is it the same as our fat ugly possums we have here?

the redneck backwoods soul in me really wants to shoot at baboons and whatever those other monkeys are now...
We used a slingshot and shot loud words to chase the baboons off. they did shoot them on that land though every now and again
ya no way, with what I'm guessing are fairly loose laws over there I'd own a baboon skin cape and hat in the first month I was there.
just googled them, stuff one in a box and send it to me, I got you on the 5 million dollar postage I'm sure it would cost!We get cute bush tail possums here, not the "ugly" ones you guys get

Hello; The possoms around me have the naked tail, are sort of a dirty white and do get into the garbage. They hiss like a snake when you bother them and have a decent set of chompers.
I worked for a tree trimming outfit when young. One guy got into it with a possum up in a tree. It was a funny sight at the time.
Hello; Somehow I had a very young possum when I was a kid. It could hang on with the tail. Best I can recall it was peaceful when small and got to be a handful as it got bigger. I think it eventually just left. Other than being novel it was not much of a pet. I may have gotten it too long after it left the mothers pouch? Good luck.

I've heard they make awesome little pets if you get them young enough though. They aren't quite as destructive/inquisitive as raccoons are is what I'm told. Once one hits the double digit weight mark though I wouldn't want to get on its bad side, pet or not lol.
My dad had a raccoon when he was younger, he'd give it bottles of coca cola and it would lay on its back and drink them. Chased my grandma around the house on its hind legs too lol.
