Sump size?

You should get different fish.

You're just stacking odds against success in multiple little ways. You're going with a sump that's "just a little" small, with glass that's "just a little" thin, power that's gonna go out "just a little" everyday, and you're doing all this with the most stress prone temperamental freshwater fish there are.

That's a lot of just a little's.

Buy a large sump with thick walls, get reliable power, choose very hardy fish for stock--preferably do all of these. And consider canister filters if power's gonna go out 4 times a day everyday--and hope they prime automatically every time. Sometimes mine don't.

Why does power go out 4 times a day?

I don't think the power going off 4 times a day for 30 minutes each is a big deal. Just maybe time your feedings accordingly. Unless its in a uninsulated room with a huge
temperature difference. But it would have to be pretty extreme.

Temperature is not a problem it's around 30c for 6-7 months, it gets hotter in summers tho like 34c-36c

I can easily get a bigger sump and thicker glass not a big problem
I can easily fit a 40G under there with thicker glass for course

But I can't do much about the power outage

And what kind of fish would you prefer ?
I want to keep fish that are not too small, good colouration, schooling behaviour

Power outage is because of energy crysis in my country

And I will try to find a DC pump for my sump
If it's available I can easily get a battery and keep it running during the power outages

but i cant do anything about the power outage
energy crisis problem in my country

and what kind of fish would you suggest?
i prefer big fish but not too big
