Weight training/Macros/General workouts

I wonder if its a genetics thing. Like some people have a better mind to muscle connection or just use the fast twitch muscles more than others. Bro i dont think i was ever as sore in my life as in i was after a crazy high rep chin up day...my god lmao

genetics most definitely plays a part in muscle development, some people just respond better to working out in general, regardless of what they are doing. hahahaha chin ups are another great one lol. I'm always my worst after leg day, walking into work like a cowboy with bowed legs hahaha.

I for sure will, I'm stoked I've heard nothing but great things about that particular split.
 
I like being more skinny and mobile, all this holiday eating has got to me lol. I have a few pounds I can work off

You wanna drop weight and stay skinny mobile get a heavy bag.... absolute best full body work out. I guarantee you at first you will be shocked what a 1 min round will do to you...heals cant touch the ground though

Legs are bad man..... weighted reverse lunges were the absolut worst lol

I'm a leg press fan myself haha, 6 plates each side is the greatest feeling in the world, feeling people watching you lol as you about pop veins out of your forehead pushing all that weight back up haha.

Hahah yeah i remember the feeling... i used to feel that when i would use the belt and weight down my chins and dips lol soo much weight that you couldnt walk but would blast out reps.... lol would always love looking out the corner of my eye at the facuial expressions and when the old school guys would give ya that pat on the back awww man this thread is noooooo good for my life

Not quite sure what that is?

I'm not really too bothered about becoming big. Just toning a bit and becoming fit, unfortunately jogs are not fun in the current weather

My dad only really built in the army, I am quite a late bloomer it seems

hahaha those are the best, I like when the new people to the gym walk around looking at all the machines...clearly confused haha then they stop and watch you do a PR on a lift and are mindblown haha.

lol its good for your life! lifting is good for everyone's life!!! I'm telling you dude, take it easy and get back into some type of routine!

he means a heavy bag, a punching bag. Spar with one for a minute continuously and you'll have gotten one hell of a cardio workout lol, by heals not touching the ground he means you have to bounce on the balls of your feet then entire time, constant moving.

whats your weather? 65 degrees? hahaha

It's about 85 now and humid. Not fun
