Udon, Soba, and the Noodles

Well the Ropes are very used to being hand fed now and last night the Polli decided to join in. (Bear wth me and the video panning down, it's hard to hold a phone one handed, watch what's happening, and feed fish at the same time LOL) Polli is at the very end.

Here is the swarm. :) The female is the shiest. She is also the smallest. She is most bold when there's another one there with her. If she is by herself she sits back a little bit, and if I move, she might swim away. I think she'll get more trusting over time when she doesn't get hurt and gets choice picks of fish each time. I am going to have to keep my fish pieces on the top brace near the surface vs. turning back to my dining room table each time since they're all swarming together now.

Awesome !! I need to see if the koloton will still do it

Took a few photos of Soba last night but since I'm due for a WC today it's dim in the tank (d/t floating plant proliferation.) I really need to get some better current pics of him.

When I first got him in Mid-Jan. 5.5-6"

He hasn't gained as much in length, similar to the ropes - more girth. He's grown about 1-1.5" so far. He is my shiest / slowest poly eater. When I drop in food, the ropes and the Polli go to town immediately. Then the Del, and she will keep searching until full. The Moke waits, then gets a bite or two. Then hangs out. Then looks for some more.
All of the other polys just kind of keep on searching for food until full or it's gone. No one else really takes breaks like him.

These aren't great but I am sure the Polli will surpass the length of the Moke - she has a huge appetite compared to him. I can also kind of see how Mokes are more closely related to ropes than other Polys per Josh'sfish's species post.

I was trimming plants after the water change yesterday and they were swimming around my fingers. So had to grab the phone. :)

oh my goodness! This video is the cutest. The three little ropes are so curious and playful. Love how they are exploring your fingers and swimming through you hand. They absolutely love you!
