Udon, Soba, and the Noodles

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Well, I bought them like 6 years ago. LOL

They get plant shipments in regularly. Keep checking.

Do you have any LFS around you that are semi-reputable? They should have basic plants like Vals.

If not, I've also bought plants off of aqua bid in the past. When I first got my tank up. I think that's where I got my swords.

I have spiralis. I think they are pretty much the same.

That's the one I think ;)

That's just a list of others as well.
Those may work with CB sens or whatever

Yeah, so that one, the Spotted Congo puffer, T. Schoutedeni, is mild mannered, freshwater and can be in a community! They grow to 4-5". They are spendy but WS has them right now. I know I could keep one in my current community, but I think 4-5" is too small to live with LJs and Polleni possibly long term in the big tank. Sounds like they haven't really been available for many years until the last couple, so hopefully people will begin breeding them again and they'll be around more consistently. I'm going to have to go stare at them later this week. :D

So maybe an option for me to keep with the ropefish in the future. Maybe I've found a puffer for me! If not I'll just do a brackish or salt tank with a puffer that can live with things like gobies or just full salt.

magpie magpie , I know they say that the spotted Congo can be in a community but it really is hard to belive if you have ever seen a puffer eat... they are vicious little feeders. But then mine is one of the more agressive types.
