Pretty scary

Nibblet has been moved to the 70. He ate pellets right off and is exploring slowly, inspecting the largest knifefish who looked at him and moved along. so far so good.

He's swimming round like a happy chappy, I need another one. Need to sex mine first so I can get a partner for him or her :)

Ur clarias wouldnt last 3 seconds

Ive kept these fish before. I have never seen aggression on their level plus toughness... lasted a week in my front yard....rained twice so it was moist...ended up chucking both of them down the sewer immature and irresponsible but i was a kid and they wiped out my entire fish tank. Not guppies either oscsrs, jd's, gar and such
Seem pretty mean. They are beautiful yet terrifying. They lived in the front yard???? Hahah what?

I was a kid and real pissed i had no idea what i was doing had a 75 or 55 stocked with all sorts of fish. Petland had some snakeheads and i had no clue what they were all about. Man they hit the 10 or 11 inch mark and went bananas. Killed everything. I just threw them in the front yard a few days later my mom was screaming the she saw snakes in the yard lol...they ended up in the sewer afterwards

Looks really nice, you need to grab more.
Planning a sen of the opposite sex. Affordable and very busy Iove it, he's busy patrolling the surface right now :)

When he fattens up I'll post pics for sexing, I'm actually thinking a she right now

But 2 sens = breedable one day.

I love the activity and affordability, and availability. I would like others but my tank would be overstocked with too much more IMO

Breeding is of course a whole other story ;)
If you can fit another Sen then slim UJ like Moke or Retros would be doable. Of course those are rarer than Sens.
