Passenger Dragged Off Of U.S. Airlines Flight!!

Just image if you are on a plane and you have to be somewhere in a few hours then they tell you to get off and wait until the next day... just to let an employee to take your place.
hello; Bumping is done a lot more than I had thought. (from the link I posted a while back.) It seems like poor business but it is within the law and the fine print of buying a ticket. Not just this airline, but as I understand all airlines.
I see your point but it is the rules. Those getting bumped are well paid for the inconvience.

What if it were something like weight? As far as the wedding thing, we both know the crew could not go around asking who was going to something important, people would just make up stories.
I'm not sure about it being a weight issue or this whole thing about those four employees needing a ride is a blatant lie.

It just irritates me. Guy questions the flying crew, at everyones expense, then thinks he's more important than anyone else on that plane. Gtfo!!! All those injuries, are self inflicted. Stupid old man acting like a kid.
He is from a different country, a different world, in ours, put it this situation . Open your mind.

If that is true then shouldn't he open HIS mind since he is the one who has relocated to another country?....I mean,he's no backwoods bumpkin he is a highly educated individual.

No. If in fact he IS a doctor, he's very aware of "our world." If he really is naive, he probably would have gotten off the plane!! Lol

.....bottom line is the overbooking thing was a lie.

Guy on tv just made a funny point,he noted that everyone on the plane who vocalized their displeasure sure did not offer up their seats so this guy could remain on the plane.

My friend had a similar situation happen. He was flying and these two ladies were being really loud and seemed to obviously annoying everyone after 45 min, he motions to them something about a yappy mouth and then motions to be quiet by putting one finger to lips. Sure enough one of them stomps off and reports him as being disorderly. One of the pilots come out with 3 flight attendants and inform him he is being removed and has to sit in the flight attendants chair. He said he was in shock and disbelief but followed their commands and ended up being pretty funny. One of the pilots kept giving him dirty looks. lol

Lol. Funny, I heard something on a sports talk show today, where the host said Americans are worst when it came to how we treat our flight attendants.
