Legal or not it was very lame how it was handled. That being said to try and conflate racial prejudice and discrimination against individuals of Asian descent is quite a stretch unless the other three people that got bumped were also of similar ethnic background

But then they have to base the numbers off of how man Asians were on the flight and the odds that one would be randomly selected.
