Although much has been made of the passenger being roughly handled I didn't any "beatings" taking place in the video footage.

I agree SK , all he needed to do was get off the plane. whats with his wife getting on, then running off then running back on? and he did run back on the plane himself.
I personally see his actions as those that think they are entitled.
Again do I think bumping a paying passenger good practice ? No.
But when told to depart, you do so, and then fight in the courts.
