Stocking a 250g mbuna tank

My peacocks and mbuna use all layers of the tank and mix completely.

I just got my fish and most of them (mbunas and peacocks) is using the bottom layer....

Rarely does any fish go higher than 15 inches except to eat

Do i need more fish or the tank will fill itself up when the fish grows ?

I started with 4 , a year later I had 30 adults. I got 3 holding eggs today.
The bright red fish, what variety are they, and we're did you find them?

Bright red fish , their called strawberry peacocks. Their readily available at the LFS in Manila, Philippines

I currently have two strawberry peacocks, but their pink, I have two dragons bloods peacocks, still juveniles so waiting for color up.
Wow, those are really red.

You started with 4 and now have 30 adults, I started with 46... hmmmm i wonder how many fish i will have a year from now

Do you have a spare tank to seperate the inevitable aholes?
OBs are nice looking, but tend to be big aholes.

It may not seem like much now, but everyone of those fish will hit 5-6" full grown, wont seem so emtpy with 46 full grown fish
