Thank you. I hope so! I'm so relieved that his mouth injury seems to have healed fully so he can close his mouth now:)

Yeah they are quite resilient and soon bounce back.
Some lovely Rivs about lately.I particularly like yours and aztsms gt's.

Thanks, that means a lot. There are a good handful of greats ones on here the past few months. I'd try to pick some favorites, but they are all slightly different and unique in their own ways. I've just become a hardcore riv fan. Haha

They are great fish.I miss keeping my old group.
I gave them to my dad so at least I see them occasionally.

That is nice. If I ever get a chance to grow any fry out I'd love to talk someone in my family into keeping one. If I was closer to my moms house I told her I would care for the tank so she wouldn't need to. But she's out of state.

I agree they have some nice ones. I like philipraposo1982 gt as well. And tomt37 little one reminds me of my girl when I first got her:)

Very cool they've spawned twice already. My females are stubborn egg layers. I really have to crank up the heat if I want them to spawn. My growout sure is trying hard to seduce her lol its fun to watch

I wonder if that's why my girl has been laying more often then when she first started? My temp has gone up from 76 to 80-82 from the increased sunlight to the sunroom over the past two months. I think I'll have to turn down or unplug my heaters this summer.
I agree. It's fun watching them try so hard to impress. Haha

Does your female respond to him and shake her head too?
I rarely see my girl shake hers, and it's not till the day before spawning.
 
Congrats on a second spawn, and thanks to everyone for the kinds words about my fish!

How are Oliver & Greenie with each other when they don't have fry or are in midst of spawning?

I ask because I am down to Bruce & Leia in my tank now (as far as GT's go), and I'm wondering what to expect?
