Speaking of that,his lawyers have stated that they intend to make it clear that Doa's past has no bearing and should not be brought up in the courtroom by either side......he is said to have wound up with a broken nose and a few chipped teeth.

The internet is one thing but if the presiding judge agrees with the attorney's request then the guy's sordid past will not be used against him in court....and it shouldn't be.
