That's what I'm worried about. There is a 100 gallon acrylic sump on Craigslist near me with 4" filter sock fittings for sale that was used for saltwater it looks like. But it's $350. Debating if that would be better. Think that is only 20" tall so that would give me about 12".

Total stand height is 33". Subtract two inches for the plywood and metal frame and that's what I have left

That would be a good sump. 350 is a bit much if you ask me tho
