Hi all
I accidentally left two of my heaters off overnight and most of today. In Australia, it's currently winter and where I live it can get down to 1-3 c (33-37 f) overnight. When I discovered the tanks both had been around 15c (59f).
One tank is inside and has guppies, bn plecos, and red cherry shrimp. Whilst the second tank is a 5g QT tank with peppered corys and Yoyo loaches and is in my shed outside. Unfortunately, whilst still alive one of my corys is floating upside down. Is this due to the cold water?
Also, what should I be looking for in the next few days in terms of disease etc of these fish that have been in such cold water?
Thanks
