Hey! This is my first flowerhorn, right now he is in a 90g community, I'm selling all of the other fish tho. Any idea of what type of flowerhorn he is? Does he look healthy? I'm feeding him northfin krill gold, and community. Plus frozen and freeze dried blood worms. Any tips on food and anything else would be appretiated! I want him to grow big and colourful! And any idea how big his kok thing will be?

Never kept FH, but clean water and good food never hurts!

Congrats on your new flowerhorn I brought a SRD flowerhorn today, the kok size is in the genes but yours already seems to have started development which is good, water changes and high protein foods will be best aswell as mirror time for about 30mins a day I wouldn't do anymore than 30mins as the fish will stress when u take the mirror away the fish wil think it has won so will show off more

I would say he is about 3" ish without his back fin. Does anyone know what type he is? Thanks for the advice! I'll do the mirror thing! And keep up with his water changes!

nice he's about the same size as mine but yours has more blue and a bigger hump. I'll put up some pics for comparison later. I don't know the type either but he looks like the same one I got from petsmart.
