King Kamfa 9.9???

So I just purchased what the person claims is a King Kamfa 9.9. I know about SRD'S but not 9.9. The picture is when the guy had him when he was 2.5 inches, the one where his white is the day after I got him at around 7 inches. Anyone has insight if it a good 9.9 or even a quality 9.9? I bought him for $40. His about maybe 7inches now and was told 9.9 take time for them to grow their Kok. I'll like info on how to spot a good 9.9 and growth habit of 9.9s.

Idk man mines already getting a lol bump in his head and he is 3 inches . If I had to guess I would say its female
 
9.9 are supposed to be one of the hardest kamfa our there to get their heads to pop. Anything is possible so I suppose it could be a 9.9. But 9.9 is just a line from a certain breeder so unless you know that for sure I’d just call it a kamfa.
 
Well if it is a female it's going to be a beauty I'd bet, will be interesting to see how she/he develops, look forward to future updates/pix.

Then my kamfa might be a "9.99" lol -- despite clearly decent genes, medium-somewhat high protein diet, good water parameters and nice overall growth since I got him 2 months ago (aged about 7 or 8 months), his kok has pretty much gone nowhere... Starting to wonder if he's a Patong Lady Boy -- certainly has the temper of one ha ha.
 
Yeah I've tried it several times, to no real effect -- after a few passes in front of the mirror he turns to me with a look on his face like "WTF, you think I'm stupid? I know that handsome face..." then he pretty much ignores it.

I know some (esp. in SEA) use fish like BP's for punching bags and to bring out the 'best' in their FH's, but like most MFK members I don't agree with the ethics of that. Guess I'll just have to be more patient; anyway I like him how he is now, with or without a big kok.

9.9 are one of the most highest quality of kkf. according to experienced hobbyists they have it all.. the kamfa body, full body pearls (crosshead), the wide fantail and the big kok of course.
