What tank size do i need for this stocking?

i'm aiming for a 75g 4ft, so out of my list what could i keep in it?

Rotkeil pair plus dithers? anything else? a few bristlensoe maybe?

or maybe a small community of cichlids? ie 1 x Rotkeil, 1 x Kribensis, 1 x electric blue acara (the smaller hybrid type not the normal size ones) and dithers? a firemouth maybe?

Pairs are cool but i dont really want to deal with the fry anyway.

both of those options sound reasonable to me. With the community, it's hard for us to say if something will or won't work, it depends on your fish. But 1x severum, 1x eba, 1x kribensis, dithers would be likely to work imo. I might add one more dwarf cichlid like a cupido.
The pair with dithers would be fine, I'd skip the bristlenoses, maybe just one. They are poop machines.

Like Swami said, plecos are poop machines.
Since you liked tiger barbs, I'd go with black ruby barbs. Similar, less nippy.

In terms of mid water dithers, you can also go:
-Congo Tetra
-Columbian Tetra
-Diamond Tetra (maybe)
-Torpedo barb
-Hemiodus sp.
-Iguanodectes sp.

Could i squeeze a Salvini in? instead of the Kribensis?

I'm thinking

Salvini
12 larger bright coloured Dithers

Tank size is 3x2x2

salvini will most likely terrorize and/or kill the other fish in that tank once its mature. theyre pretty territorial and vicious.
