How big is your endli? Polli get thick for a UJ once they are 8”+ even a 18” LJ eill have a hard time eating it.
Here are some samples of how thick a polli can get and how they look with LJ.
Imo polli is the is the fastest UJ that can get fat, they will eat everything you throw in the tank, they eat and swim, i think they are better than senegal imo.

I agree that it looks polli to me.
Size is always a little bit of a gamble with these guys.... individual fish temperament is huge when you're looking at a size discrepancy.
I'm a big fan of Pollis though. Interactive and active for a poly.

I finally fetched my polli yesterday and he is very tiny compared to my endli so i have got him in a grow out for now till he picks up some size.
Whats the growth rate on a polli? And best food for it?
My endli loves pellets and shrimp but the Polli is still too small for shrimp

good brand of pellets is a safe bet.. in my experience, pollis are slooooooow growers.
For me polli grows fast till the 7” mark, then they slow down but get chunky, just feed the polli whatever your feeding the endli, polli is not a picky eater.
