Looks like chaos but it’s just the process with a ton of surface area to wet sand.



It looks super cloudy but this stage is just to knock down the scratches. It’s x10 better than it was. The floor gets painted black after buffing.

That drives me nuts too. Trust me these are stellar. They make black somewhat rigid line hang straight down with a lot of air moving. No climb either. @ $12.99 for a six pack it’s hard to beat

This tank won’t have an air stone running though. Easy to toss one over the side if needed.

What do you mean by no climb? I believe these are the ones you recommended to me before. I was hoping for flat disks that will sit at the bottom of the tank so the are inconspicuous.

Will this fit the bill? I used giant flat ones meant for aquaponics etc

This looks like it would perform exactly the same as what he is after. Its the same material as I suggested above but I suspend mine off the bottom so I use round ones

Climb = a stone that is not heavy enough and continues to rise and fall in the water column. Huge pet peeve.

Hey Joe! I've had some stashed away, some are rebuilds of existing like this one. Have to move out a 500 and 300 at the end of the summer to free up a wall to start the pond.
