Also do you think that only hikari carni sticks are good diet. because im afraid of giving him shrimp and he doesnt eat it causing me to have to reach my arm or net in to grab the piece of schrimp spooking him.

Try a strip of fillet fish Tilapia and press it against the glass. You may have to lower the water. Hikari floating sticks are great for Arowana.

I have Fluval Aquasky led's on a couple of my aquariums and others flourescent light strips. You could dim the led if you have that feature.
do you think I should introduce some tank mates? if so what do you think would be a good fit, something that isnt too aggressive, but i also dont want to feed multiple different types of food. if they ate the same thing itd be ideal

What type of fish do you like?

i want smt that with contrast the silver arowana like maybe a butterfly koi or 2 or a couple of angels but the problem with koi are that they are cold water fish and arowana is a tropical water fish and im afriad a gang of angels will gang up on the aro and get curious n nip at him causing him to be even more stressed out. but both those dont eat the same hikari floating sticks. i was thinking 2 or 3 blood red parrot fish but im afraid they will also be too aggressive towards the aro because this aro has been bullied by oscars before. i dont want the same stress for him.

Do you like Geophagus Cichlids?

The blood parrots have small mouths so they may not be a threat.
the only thing about them is that I hope they even get a chance to eat. do you know how much an aro should be eating by chance? i feed him 6 sticks in the morning and i just tried 10 sticks earlier, but he only ate 9 1/2. is 15 sticks the normal amount an aro around 10 inches should be eating? and should i split my feeding into morning and night or just feed all 15 at once at night?

I would personally feed once a day. Don't give up on offering other foods. A cricket now and then would be great.
