Everyone's been saying check your stand, check your plywood.
Have you thought of taking your tank off the stand, turn your tank upside down on a very flat and even surface and, with a long spirit level check the integrity of the tank from corner to corner on the diagonal. That will give you an answer as to whether your tank is warped or not.
You'd have to be very very unlucky for your stand, ply and tank all to have problems, I suspect there's an issue with only one of the three. It's just a case of narrowing it down and then you know where to focus.
If it's truly the tank, then I think shimming is all you can do, whether that's under the stand or between plywood and stand.I think its the tank issue.
