Large Predatory Fish Recommendations

I like the bowfin suggestion.

Maybe some bichirs ? Endlicheri, pbb, congicus and lapradei get large and wouldnt bother the aro

Red Belly Pacu
I thought about them, because I can get them anywhere for relatively cheap. Though I am concerned about their aggression. I'm not sure just how aggressive they are, since I have heard about how aggressively Black Pacu feed.

Largemouth Bass
I've already looked up my state laws for keeping Largemouth and even talked to the DNR, I know how to keep them without getting fined or breaking the law. The main thing keeping me away from Largemouth is their appetite. They only get about 29" max length which is fine, but they eat so much, and I'm worried it could eat my 10"-12" Severums.

Oscars
I like Oscars but not really their aggression. Their aggression is very mild compared to other fish I have kept, but even still I don't want my Oscars attacking my Pictus Catfish, my Severums or my Bichir (If I get those.)
I'm still on the fence about them.

If you guys have any other suggestions, I just cannot think of any. I'm looking for anything that doesn't get over 36" in length, won't put the lives of my Severums in jeopardy, isn't very expensive, and isn't very aggressive.

Also do you think my Silver Arowana will be a problem for my Severums? The tank I have is 4 feet deep and the Severums stay at the bottom most of the time. Also my Severums have lots of hiding places, and my fish are fed a varied and good diet for each individual fish.
Also I already have a Florida Gar and don't want any more Gar since the one I have is my favorite ever and I don't need another.

I sure as hell hope you see this please, GET A SCHOOL OF UARU, get maybe 10 in that large aquarium of yours, uaru can get 12 - 14 inchs each, they are super peaceful and can easily hold there own with aggressive cichlids, they are very social, and will definitely add a new dimension of social society to your aquarium, its probably the only peaceful fish that you can put that can easily hold its own to a pike cicihlaid.

other MUST NEED FISH:
- Black ghost knife
- School of hoplo catfish
- Maybe Crayfish?
- Rare Silver dollars, or any silver dollar
- PIKE cichlids, very pretty
- Geophagas surnimesis/willimille/Altifrons/threadfin acara <-- not an actual geo
- RED TIGER SEVERUM / CURARE SEVERUM / TRUE HEROS SEVERUS
- Stingrays?
- Gar pikes
- Hujeta gars
- Royal plecos

bowfin bad idea since he does not want any aggression towards the Aro, Sev, or Gar. The bichirs are a perfect idea and won't be too quick at competing with the aro or gar.

I can go up to $100 for a singular fish, but if I need a group of them $40 each would be the absolute maximum. I am not going to buy fish online either.

I have had Dovii before, I'm working on getting a 300 Gallon aquarium to keep a male and a female housed separately from the rest of my fish, but that is another project I'm still working on.

This is the only solid photo I have of the tank, it was taken about 4 months ago before fish were in it. Since then I have added very big plants and even more stones. I'll work on getting a more recent pic of it later. I also am looking into the emperor cichlid.

All I have for a grow out tank is my sister in laws 30 gallon. She has it stocked with cardinal tetra and other small fish. I have a 150 Gallon, but in there lies my Managuense. I also cannot find Peacock Bass anywhere near me for $15. They only come as the Temensis (Which I don't want.) and they cost $100+ each. I would certainly be getting Peacocks if it weren't for them being Temensis (I'm looking more so for the Kelberi Peacock Bass) and also being very expensive. I live in the middle of nowhere and the stores near me are also in the middle of nowhere. I could try to make a trip to Chicago to buy Peacock Bass there, but then they're going to be going on a 10hr drive in an Explorer back to my house. Something that might be possible though. Either way, I'm still looking for Peacock Bass, and wont stop looking either.
