I know what you mean about pics, they never turn out as good as what you see standing in front of the tank.
They do look awesome, as do all the others tho.

He is gone I lost him pretty gutted, I was always worried about loosing him because he had that sunken belly he would hardly eat. Tried PraziPro, Kanamycin, and levamisole treatment to no avail.

It’s been pet cemetery lately here in cigars tanks, I even upped the water change schedule to 3 times a week in the 180 with weekly sump cleanings to make sure there is no detritus in the dead spots. Sometimes you can do everything right and still fail not know what happened. :duh:

Have you measured your tds lately? A friend of mine had a bunch of his fish die off and nothing seemed wrong till we ch coed the tds meter and it was through the roof. We suspect the print run off creates a bunch of unwanted solids in the water even before it goes into our tanks. His was reading just shy of 700 ppm. Typical tap water here is 250!!

No tds meter I have always wanted one to check but never bought one.

Lost the R Prarana recently to illness, one of my spider kels to getting spooked while cleaning diatoms in my 180 smashed himself into glass so hard he couldn’t right himself after (damaged swim bladder?) two other spider kels to getting tagged by my classic bd rays I sat and watched them trying to eat there spots I guess they thought it was shrimp (dumba$$ hybrids) they were grow outs so to small to move at the time, and my Rio Doce kel started a weekly water change he had both his eyes finished up water change and noticed all the bass picking on him went a looked closely someone had plucked his eyes out so I had to euthanize him. Hopefully this is the end of pet cemetery. I am bummed right now
