Ny flowerhorn sick lossing colour help

Hi everyone,
Please help to me what's my flowerhorn problem
His colour is getting flat/ lossing colour
Anyone knows what happen , I am change water every 2 day 50%everytime
But seem getting worst
Please give some ideas
Photos 1 and 2 is good condition
3 and 4 photos just take now

Hi... Please check the water parameters..i hope its nothing serious..just feed him pellets and shrimps and wait for it.

Yes he alway stay at bottom but when I walk closer, he swim up and look for pellet

If so then treat him with metro and provide him a heater with constant temperature of say 29-30 C. Don't overfeed him.

Yeah you are right it's not looking like bloat might be stress.

Yes this FH been empty tank since day 1
I Cant see any poo for 2 days , the tank bottom is clean ,and now he always sit at the bottom and color getting pale , so I am worry what to do
The temperature has up slowly to 29 and has put some aquarium salt
