Woa thats just insane. Whats even crazier to me is that this is coming from the local gov't and not an HOA. Buying in an HOA your essentially agreeing to the rules thar come with it. This looks like one hell of a money grab. Thank god i dont live anywhere near this place.
 
Having a water bill sucks. Probably the only thing i miss. In DE we were on well water.... oh and my ride in mower.

I sold the ride on before we moved. Man walking behind a mower is for the birds.

I picked up on of those self propelled touro movers mowers. Still kills my back. If i could do it over again i would have baught a small cheepo ride on off FB market place

I see small riders in flea markets around here every now and then.I've been tempted to grab one but I dont want to wind up setting myself up.
