I had one more 150W Aqueon pro in my 20 gallon, swapped both, let's see how it works out now.

I am getting that one replaced under warranty, also buying a extra one for failures like this.
If you get a heater controller, you can have 2 heaters in the same tank that will turn off and on at the same time.
For that kind of an increase you might want a 200w. It wont have to work as hard.
You don't want the heater to struggle and run all day every day. I ran a 200w in my 40 breeder for quite a while. Just switched it to two 100w heaters just because I wanted the single 200w for another tank.
that will be *more* than enough.. as a matter of fact keep a close eye on it for a few days to avoid "cooking" the fish
