But more often then not they have this amphibian called an Amphiuma in more regularly https://undergroundreptiles.com/shop/amphiuma/ also I heard that elephant trunk snakes are super hard to keep in captivity how will you plan on keeping and more as of breeding them???

Those look similar. Never paid that much though! The Mexican caecilian looks a little different the two toed amphibian looks more like the ones I've kept except mine had no toes.
I think they're asking that much for the size not because of rarity.
The problem is not everyone lives in north America or Europe. So I'm out of options unless I ask someone to custom order them for me and that's a shot in the dark, I've never seen them before here and pretty sure shops aren't that familiar with them or have sources. Same goes for many fish/reptile species.
