How would I hook something up for easier water changes? I have a sink nearby. Using buckets is just a pain in the ***

Some faucets you can screw the end off and it will be threaded. If you have a Python you could easily connect it to the faucet.

I cant screw the end off of mine. Im used to filling buckets and dechlorinating those individually. Would you mind explaining the process of putting untreated water in the tank?

Tbh I do what you do. Other members add the dechlorinator probably at the same time the aquarium is refilling. Also there are other connections for the Python just go to Youtube.

I just want to be cautious. I have some special fish. How long could a fish live in just tap water? (not putting them in tap water just curious)

I personally wouldn't risk putting any fish in tap water without dechlorinator. I can smell the chlorine in my tap water it's strong. Year's ago some fish hobbyist would not use dechlorinator and although some fish would survive the fish would die prematurely.

Dose for the entire volume of the aquarium. You can split the dosage , so 50% before and 50% during, putting water conditioner where the water enters the tank.

Im not putting them in just tap water. Was just wondering bc im going to do 90 percent change and didnt want to risk their lives
