Rummynose or cardinal tetras are common tankmates for angelfish. What tank size and water conditions are you working with?

Agree with Hendre, but there are many species of geographically correct tetras that would work.
Although as advised, some do best under specific water conditions, so knowing specifics, like pH, and water hardness of your tap water, would help with proper choices
Below, the Lemon tetra, works well under slightly above and below neutral pH, and various water hardness, is large enough (high bodied enough) not to be easily eaten, and not a fin nipper.

Head tail light are pretty peaceful and look like mini exodons.
Otherwise cardinals, lemon, serpaes, Buenos (large, but I haven’t noticed any aggression from mine), runnynose, and skirt are good choices.
Anything in the 1.5 to 2 inch range.

Just wanted to add, I'm currently having a huge issue with rummynose nipping my Angels fins pretty ruthlessly. I'm having to contemplate moving the Angel to a new tank because it has gotten so bad.

Cardinal's haven't been as bad, but I have seen them nip it a few times.
