This is the kind of stuff that can impact all of us. Routine procedures get put on hold--things like mammograms and biopies, delays that could alter chances of survival..I'm glad I don't live in Florida.

AdventHealth elevates to ‘black’ status after nearly 1,000 patients hospitalized with COVID-19

Officials with Central Florida’s largest hospital system said there are about 1,000 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 as of Thursday and crews are currently working in a black status.

Really, ya think? I can't believe how incredibly freaking stunned some of these health authorities are, including the one where I live. Obviously masks help, even crappy ones, compared to a wide open free for all, as though nothing has taken place over these past 2 yrs. IMO there are currently far too many unknowns to be going in the direction that we are currently going, just for the sake of referring to things as being back to normal again. This isn't normal, not even close.

Cheers Neil. I feel pretty rough to be honest. My wife has it aswel but it's odd my little girl still hasn't tested positive.
Strange as we are all in the same house.
