Massachusett is reporting 74% of infected people are among vaccinated people. But don't worry a new safer vaccine is coming to save your life

The vaccinations were never designed to be 100% fool-proof, they were designed to keep people from getting seriously ill, or worse. In that regards they are doing exactly as they were designed to do.

We have a problem with too many variables. It doesn't really sound like the vaccines are effective enough.
I hope these studies aren't accurate. I hope it's just pharma fishing for more cash.

In our county they literally went round to all the farms when they were picking or trimming etc, and vaccinated every farmworker they could find.
But there will never be good data on the results. Those guys are in another state by now.

I think covid tracking is going to be impossible. We'd have to chip everybody.

It's funny when you mention chipping. A good percentage of us are already via our phones. But mention tracking and they freak out calling it a privacy infringment, yet they don't know there are already half a dozen trackers on the phone already keeping track of everything they do and selling of this information.

https://www.nytimes.com/2021/07/31/us/covid-san-francisco-hospital-delta.html im getting really worried about sending my kids to school. What's crazy is parents are complaining about the kids having to wear mask.
Hello; several decades ago I had a slide in camper on a truck and a fishing boat I could pull behind the truck. I would drive to a lake, camp and fish. The camper had heat, a fridge, a stove and comfy beds. I offered to take my nephew on trips. His mother ask me questions about camping and eventually aske me to guarantee the boy would not get hurt in any way. I told her I would do what I could to keep him safe even to the point of risking my life, but I could not give a guarantee. That is the sort of thing no one can promise. The boy never got to go fishing with me.

I would not lie to her and say, don't worry nothing will happen. I will not do that in response to your concern. The risk for young children is very, very low, but a very few have gotten sick. There will be some risk no matter what is done, even if you keep the children out of school. Living has risks at home, at school and any other place. You could go by the odds which last I checked are great for the young.

I guess a full body protective suit with an isolated air supply would be the absolute best, but not sure that is possible and for sure is not practical. There is a good chance this virus will as some other virus do, mutate beyond the vaccines and we will have other rounds to deal with.

I am a worrier myself. I have fire extinguishers in many places in my house. I take many other precautions. I do get on with my life. At some point we have done as much as we can and then we have to keep moving on with things. Wish I could give you an every thing will be alright, don't worry answer. I could use one myself. At some point after I check my tires , my brakes, my signals, have extra water and extra cloths during winter and so on I just get in the car and go about my business.

Good luck with your decision.
