Let's see everyone's tanks.

Make sure to research the fish you have. I see 3 angelfish, an electric blue acara, a large goldfish, an unknown catfish, perhaps a single boesemani rainbow fish, and a single or a few mollies. Not good stock.

i kinda went overboard as a kid and since nothing died... and i only got more here i am at 20 years old with to many tanks . these aint all got 3 tanks moreDSC_0322.jpgScreenshot 2022-02-18 at 10.19.15.pngIMG_1174.jpgScreenshot 2021-12-13 at 14.42.43.pngScreenshot 2022-01-12 at 10.34.39.pngScreenshot 2022-01-12 at 11.36.44.pngScreenshot 2022-01-12 at 12.07.53.pngScreenshot 2022-01-12 at 12.07.58.png0-3 copy.jpg28424184_2045095032174303_8929775844825130016_o.jpg46468550_2411616758855460_6430377163865718784_n.jpgsame tank as above but bit older picture before i had silver dollars who ate everythingDSC_0322.jpg

funny that they are all stocked but you see almost no animals in the pictures

How did you make that background? It looks really awesome! I never understood Why people don't put them on their tanks it makes them look at whole not nicer!

thanks, i take it that you mean the big tank?
First i cut 2 big pieces of tyrofoam in stone shapes
burned them a bit to make some parts rounder
put them together and threw cement over it.
Threw some sand and stones in the cement.
Let it dry and get hard.
And then i used special epoxy that is animal/waterfriendly.
Let it dry again and done
In the beginning it will not look so natural but after algue starts growing it will look beautiful.

the terraria are made of woodroots, wood pieces and then gluing them together with some plant pots in between. And some special syringe kit for the water area and some above aswell were i put fine grinded woodroot over it.(land area)

What kind of cement did you use? I'm not aware of any blends that don't contain lime, which should raise the pH. Or is the epoxy coating enough of a barrier to mitigate that? What kind of epoxy were you using? Does it cure clear and stay that way?

sorry man been a 4 years already. Im not sure anyway but i thought all epoxy are safe when they are hard. Just a matter of putting enough on it so that the cement doenst get to the water. And then glue it with pondglue to the back.

Not all epoxies , no. There are some that are and some that contain algaecides and whatnot to help keep them clean. I don't think you would see any of that though, thats mostly in high dollar construction grade stuff and some coatings. But you never know.
Well it's a testament to your style that it's been 4 years and still perfect!
