I did not put it in another tank, because they are a lot of goldfish in there, when I saw it today, a new hurt he get by dorado

If possible put the Goldfish in a tote or something before its to late. Also suggest separate the Dorado and Oscar with a divider.

You could try a bottom dweller but that's still risky.

Yes something that stays on the bottom most of the time. Anything else that swims near the middle or surface probably will get the same beating like the Oscar.
