red texas

I recently bought a new fish from some shop. The shopkeeper said this fish is hybrid flowerhorn x parrot fish. But i thought it’s mixed with red texas fish. if anyone know please comment on this thread

Attached is the photo. I’ve only had him about a week. There is a slightly larger JD with him but they seem to get along alright. He’s eating and acting normal. Should I treat this it let it resolve? I also have a baby payara in the tank so might not be good to use medication.

I like short body RT but I don't like how their head slopes down like this one Is it possible for me to get my male and female RT to have Nuchal Humps so they don't look like that? And would it be possible for them to have Nuchal Humps without grooming? I'm hoping to get them to look like this.
