If you have some sketches, it will be of great help....correct me if I am wrong.....Plywood 5 sides(front , back , bottom , and 2 sides)...only viewing would be from the top

Sounds like an indoor pond build, have you checked out that section of the forums? When you say it is four feet deep but only one foot above the ground are you saying you are going to partially bury it in your basement?

It will be lifted one foot off the ground, basically the cinder blocks are a stand to a big tank
